🏨 We are thrilled to host this year’s conference at CHOP! We have secured a nearby hotel block at the Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel, offering a comfortable stay conveniently located near the hospital and local attractions.

Provisional Schedule (September 3 – 6):

While we are still finalising the full programme, our preliminary schedule is designed to balance crucial research updates with meaningful community connection:

📅 Thursday, September 3 – Evening: A welcoming group meal to meet and connect.
📅 Friday, September 4 – A dedicated scientific symposium for researchers and clinicians. (Families are warmly welcome to join and observe, but please note this specific session is primarily to enable our researchers to collaborate and share their progress with each other).
📅 Saturday, September 5 – Family-focused research presentations and updates from the foundation.
📅 Sunday, September 6 – A full day devoted to family bonding and a community outing.

Please note that Monday, September 7th, is Labor Day in the United States. Many of our team and community members will be extending their stay to enjoy more time together. We warmly invite you to extend your visit and join us for these extra moments of connection if your schedule allows.

Attendance Support Grants:

If financial constraints prevent you from attending, a limited number of grants to support travel and/or accommodation are available to CHAMP1 families.
These will be reviewed by the CHAMP1 Research Foundation board on a case-by-case basis.
